Yes, any time before it ships, which is usually within one business day of ordering. Email us with your order number as soon as you can. Once it has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards through PayPal checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.

Every order ships in a recyclable gift box with tissue, and you can add a gift note at checkout. Digital gift cards are coming soon. Email us if you need one sooner and we will sort it out by hand.

They run true to the charts in the Size Guide. Quilted layers are warm and a little structured, so if your baby is between sizes, size up.

Newborn through 18 months, sized by weight and height. Snap closures at the bottom make changes easy.

Yes. It has a flowing open fit that drapes over most frames, with a hook-and-eye closure at the collarbone.

Our pieces are quilted in small batches, so sold-out sizes usually return within a few weeks. Email us with the piece and size you want and we will let you know as soon as it is back.

Mostly 100% cotton patchwork with cotton batting. The cape is satin-lined. Each product page lists its materials.

Baby quiltsies and most cotton pieces: machine wash cold on gentle, inside out, and lay flat or tumble dry low. The cape and anything satin-lined should be dry cleaned. A care card comes with every order.

We pre-wash all fabrics before cutting, so bleeding is rare. Wash cold with like colors the first few times and keep pieces out of prolonged direct sun to preserve the brightest patches.

Yes. Each piece is cut, pieced, and quilted by hand in our studio. Expect small variations in patchwork placement between pieces. No two are identical.

Yes, to most countries with tracking. Duties and taxes are collected by the carrier at delivery. Details and rates are on the Shipping page.

30 days from delivery for unworn pieces in original condition. Exchanges are free; US returns for refund carry a $15 label fee. Digital patterns are final sale once delivered. Full details on Returns & Exchanges.

Email us within 7 days with a few photos and we will send a replacement or full refund, including shipping, and cover the return.
